I came up with a training program based on my training plan for the 2010 Boston Marathon and added some mileage based on what I have been doing for the past few months. I ran the Bucks County Marathon back on November 20th so my mileage has been higher then normal. I will use the training I did for the Bucks Marathon as my base for this year's race. I should be running about 50-60 miles a week. Last year I did about the same mileage but I'm changing up my Tues workouts to add back in the hill workouts I did a couple of years ago that I think hurt my 2011 race.

Happy New Year
Well, I ended 2011 with a 16 mile run and started it with a 4 mile run both in shorts! I definitely can't complain about the recent run of good weather we have been having. I'm hoping the new year brings faster times and great running weather :)
